Can I re-use the pads?

No - refill pads are designed for single use only. Reusing pads can reduce comfort and effectiveness, and may increase the risk of skin irritation.

What are the pads for?

The pads are essential for your Halo sessions - they help protect your skin and ensure effective stimulation.

Made from biodegradable cellulose, each pad contains a saline solution of distilled water, boric acid, and free Na⁺ and Cl⁻ ions to safely conduct the gentle electrical current.

Are refill pads included with my headset order?

Yes - your Halo headset comes with one box of refill pads containing 20 sets.

After the Activation phase (3 weeks with 5 sessions per week), you’ll move to the Optimization phase (2 sessions per week). This means you’ll only need to reorder pads every 2 months.

We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to restock so you never run out.

Do you ship internationally

No - at this time, Halo headsets and pads are only available for shipment within the United States. We’re working to expand availability in the future. Sign up here for updates if you’d like to be notified when we launch in other countries.
